No problem. Even though you need to go through paypal to order, you don't actually need a paypal account. Just follow the instructions through the checkout to enter your credit card information.

It's super safe and up to code. Can I change my order after I have made a payment?
Once you have placed an order and pressed the submit button it is not possible to make any further changes. If you are having buyer's remorse and we haven't shipped your item yet, contact us. However, if the item has shipped and you change your mind, please refer to the Returns Policy below.

Yes. The sky is the limit when it comes to to custom orders. Since each piece is handmade, we are happy to build something completely unique for you.

At JAKIMAC, all of the jewelry is handcrafted. We restock popular items on a monthly basis. A few items are one of a kind, and we will not carry this item again. However, we may have something similar in stock.
Do you gift wrap items?
Yes. If you would like your item gift wrapped, please select the Gift Wrap option in the Paypal checkout. A handwritten personalized note can also be included. Please contact us with the text for your note.

Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is worldwide, however if you are outside of the United States, please contact me before ordering an item to calculate shipping. Your shipping costs will differ from what is listed under each product.
How much is delivery?
JAKIMAC offers competitive shipping service. Most items are $1.99 to ship alone and $0.79 with another item. Shipping costs may vary depending on the item's weight. United States customers can qualify for FREE SHIPPING, USPS standard 3-5 business days, if your order totals more than $50.00 USD. If you would like to receive your order quicker, we also offer USPS Priority for $5.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Please let us know if you need tracking information when making your purchase. When you log in to Paypal, you can see tracking information once your order has shipped. If you need an item by a specific day, please let us know so I can accommodate your Holiday, Birthday, or special occasion.
When will you send my order?
All orders are sent out within 1-3 business days.
How do you package items for delivery?
All items are packed in tissue paper and bubble wrap, and sealed inside a padded bubble mailer to ensure they will reach you safe and sound. If you are ordering the item as a gift, you have the option of adding gift wrap and personalized note for an additional $1.50. Contact us if you would like to add gift wrapping service.

Can I return an item?
Of course. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and you are responsible for return shipping costs. As long as it is in exactly the same condition as you received it, with all tags still attached and within 7 days of the postal sent date shown on you package (Keep your packaging!). Please note, if the returned item shows signs of wear you will not be refunded, this item will be returned to you. If you chose the free delivery option when you placed your order, I charge $1.99 from the total amount refunded. PLEASE NOTE: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to JAKIMAC is your responsibility.
How much will it cost to return my item?
You can return your item however you wish, we advise that you use a recorded delivery service so that it can be tracked, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please note that we do not pay for postage costs.
